A Guest lecture was organized by the department of food and Nutrition, Era University at the Mini auditorium on 11th March 2025 on “Institutional management and entrepreneurship promotion”. The session started with welcome speech given by head of department, Food and Nutrition, Dr. Kahkashan Parvin. Assistant Registrar Dr. Ghazala Zaidi welcomed the guest with planter. Chef Zulfikar Hussian, founder of Barbeque India was the chief guest and the guest lecturer. He gave an insightful lecture on entrepreneurship and how students of food and nutrition department can utilize their skills and stand up on their own. He interacted with students and answered their queries. He spoke about the role of social media, marketing, consistency in product development etc.
