The Department of English at Era University focuses on developing the language skills of the students in all courses on Era Campus.It works towards imparting Professional Communication, English Language, Soft Skills and Grammar.
With the advent of the global economy, polity and society, the entire world has come on a single platform. Towards this purpose, there has been global connectivity for which a single language network unites the world. Professional Communication has acquired new dimensions inclusive of English Language Teaching (ELT) forayed into Medical English, Legal English, and English for Business Communication and Technical Communication.
The Department of English offers degrees at Ph.D. level. MA in English is soon to be introduced by 2022.
