Faculty of Allied Health Sciences & Research

Although few diploma courses of Allied health Sciences were being run in our institute since 2004 under the banner of Era Institute of Allied Health Sciences regulated by State Medical Faculty.

In 2016 Era University was established and in 2017 the first batch of degree courses were admitted. In the beginning, two faculties of Allied and Paramedical were established but in year 2020 they were merged and one faculty of Allied Health Sciences was started, headed by a Dean.

In our Faculty of Allied Health Sciences there are four full-fledged departments. We are running four-degree courses and thirteen diploma courses.

The examination of the diploma courses is managed by UP state medical faculty. The duration of the diploma courses is 2 years based on annual system of examinations.

The degree courses are entirely managed by Era University. Our degree courses are based on semester system. The continuous Internal assessment is mandatory and is essential criteria to appear in the final end semester examination conducted by the Controller of examination’s office of Era University.

Attendance is mandatory carried out by Biometric system. To appear in the end semester university examination the attendance of a student must be atleast 75%.

We in Era believe in overall development of the personality of the students, we give equal importance to curricular and co-curricular activities. We regularly involve or student in Social, Community and National Programs. Beside this, we enforce highest level of skill development.

Our courses are professional courses and most of our students are placed very well after getting a diploma or degree from our university.

We have got a proactive placement cell, which is instrumental in placement of our students.

Our alumni portal is also a source of inspiration for our students.

In the month of February under the banner of the flagship program of our chief minister “ Nirmaya” a quality control team of India (QCI) sent by the Medical faculty conducted a surprize inspection of our faculty for the rating and grading of Paramedical Colleges / Faculty based on different parameters, from infrastructure to academic standard and the teaching methodology.

We are proud to announce that out of 290 paramedical colleges of UP only 25 colleges were rated in grade “A” and our faculty of Allied / Paramedical of Era University was one of them.
